Refund Policy
All returns or exchange requests must be made within 30 days. You must have a Return Authorization(RA) number before returning any merchandise to us. Any returns without an RMA number will be refused. Contact us for a return number RMA before sending the item back.
Shipping is not refundable on returns. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all non-damaged items that are returned.
All refunds will be reflected on customer accounts only once the item is received.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 15 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that make resulting in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return 15 days from the date of purchase.
Returns and shipment mistakes also require an RMA number.
*Some vendors we work with have different rules, so we have to follow what they say as to if they will accept returns or not.
